Online entry form:

We accept entries either by a posted form or an emailed photograph of the form or via this online form. The online entry form will collect your personal details as well as those of your entries.

Please have the relevant details at hand so you can enter them easily. That is for each entry make sure you have: 

- the title and medium

- the length and width (in centimetres)

- the selling price

The form will automatically calculate the entry fee (based on the dimensions of each entry) and the overall entry fee and this can be paid by direct credit or posting a cheque.

[Please be aware that the maximum perimeter we can accept is 500cm.]

Payment can be made by posting a cheque or via EFTPOS.  Please note: This form doesn't collect your payment. It advises you of how much you need to pay via your bank access app.

[You are asked to supply your BSB and account name and number so that in the event of you winning a prize or selling a piece, we can pay the proceeds to you via direct credit.]
