As the Social Media Manage Defeat PPD, you will oversee a our company's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Your duties will include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in clinet interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

- You are are digitally literate and enjoy learning about new technological and internet trends
- You are friendly and sociable and have a healthy dose of wit and humor to nail our brand voice
- You combine creativity and analytical thinking
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Although experience with paid ads is not required, it is a plus
What you would do in this role:
- Create content for social media channels
- Project management including the prioritization and management of social media programs, brand campaigns and development of cross platform applications
- Provide strategic insight and planning including ideating on social media strategy and assisting in devising campaign tactics
- Manage overall analytics for Social Media including daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on campaign performance, social interaction and digital communications
- Mine analytics data and develop strategies for content creation, optimizing social channels and initiatives, increase engagement and ROI, and to build brand awareness
- Monitor and evaluate Social Media results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis in coordination with Defeat PPD's goals and benchmarks
- Create, manage, and grow Defeat PPD's presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube
