APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Irish Heritage Society of Milford. Upon receipt of your application fee, dues, and this form, the application will be presented to the Executive Board for approval. Board meeting are the 2nd Tuesday of the month. After approval, you will be notified via email and your key card should be available at the General Membership Meeting, which is the last Tuesday of the month.

Application fee and dues are required before approval.

There is a one-time application fee required for new or re-joining* members. The application fee is the equivalent of 1 year’s membership:

$110 SINGLE: $55.00 application fee + $55.00 dues, 18 to 64 years of age.

$100 SENIOR: $50.00 application fee + $50.00 dues, 65 or over.

$140 FAMILY: $70.00 application fee + $70.00 dues, Member/spouse/child under 24 in same household.

$120 FAMILY SENIOR: $60.00 application fee + $60.00 dues.

*Any past member (a member who has let their paid status lapse) who wishes to rejoin at any time, will be required to complete an application, and pay the application and dues fees.
