  • The Oral Skills Evaluation (OSE) (or Performance Evaluation) is your appointment time. This is the last part of the CFE. The first parts of the CFE must be completed before your Oral Skills Evaluation appointment time.

After completing the CFE, the Oral Skills Evaluation performance will be evaluated and a written summary will be sent within 3 to 5 days. (It may take longer depending on the language and/or performance. It may take longer for minority languages.)

Once the course audit is completed by Culture Advantage, the results of all the CFE exams will be graded and the final grade will be sent to the student. This process may take at least 3 days.

You will then receive a digital copy of the certificate so you can verify if all information is correct before the signed original is mailed to your mailing address. For sponsored students, the original certificate will be mailed to the sponsoring organization, unless your organization prefers that the certificate is mailed to the student directly.

(Make sure to click SUBMIT at the end of this form.)

  • Thank you! We are looking forward to your exam!

You will need to take the Medical Terminology (MT)  Exam if it has been more than 40 days since you completed Part 2 of the Program.

If you are in the HCP Program Plan, or Minority Languages Program, you may be exempt from the MT Exam. Please contact me.

The MT Exam code is: cfe (no period after "cfe").
