We are located in the heart of Green Hills, a short walking distance from the Green Hills Mall. We are a hybrid salon, meaning we offer both commission and booth rental positions. What do we look for?
As the creator of Slay Bae, I stand behind the phrase "the speed of the leader is the speed of the gang." We find the hustle fun and we work hard, but we also play hard. I believe performance and potential go hand in hand. The beauty industry is performance based! If you perform well, you can be incredibly successful. You also have to have potential to keep growing and be able to work well with a team. Upon joining our team, you'll find that I am heavily involved in the day-to-day salon operations and my passion is growing my company and the people inside of it. I built up from a small salon suite into a full brick & mortar salon. I thrive at coaching stylists to reach their full potential and I'm really really good at it! I am incredibly laid-back, but also expect accountability. I expect you to put in the work & have an open-minded, growth mindset. I expect you to arrive on time, dress the part, stay educated, have integrity & respect for yourself and your team, do your best work, pull your weight each day and build meaningful relationships. I believe we work in the absolute best industry and you have so much opportunity at your fingertips!
What you can expect from us?
You can expect to be treated equal! We welcome our apprentices & stylists in and don't believe in catty attitudes or competition. We are a team and we operate in that way - with teamwork, respect and cheering each other on. You don't need to be in a stuffy salon to do your best work and you should be comfortable coming to work each day. Our clients consistently review that not only do they love their hair, but they have a really good time during their appointment! We belive in the perfect balance of being professional and doing incedible hair, while also providing really good company.

You can expect flexibility in schedule. Simply put - if you have time to enjoy life, you do better work. We want a healthy team that performs at their best, so we strongly believe in giving you the needed time to rest & reset!

You can expect education. I was an educator for Bellami Professional for 5 years, traveled the country teaching with them as well as my own private classes, was a face of Sola Salons, launched a private extension brand and I'm also still a stylist just like you! One of the main reasons I went from suite to full salon owner is becuase I felt I was doing our industry a disservice by not sharing what I've learned and missed working alongside a team. These opportunities also allowed me to build connections with some of our industry's top stylists & I built an open concept salon to welcome and host some of the best in education. Being an industry leading stylist comes with grit, drive, determination and education. Trends and techniques are always changing, and at Slay Bae - we are not getting left behind!
