*Every hair extension service is customized & tailored to your wants/needs, therefore every detail matters! Please be specific as possible.

*We are a Bellami Hair exclusive salon. We handle all hair transactions & do not accept used or previously owned hair that hasn't been installed by Salon Ve.

*After the form is completed, we can move forward with scheduling an in person consultation. A $100 non refundable deposit is required to hold the consultation appointment & will go towards the future install appointment.
