First 2 months rent is payable upon Lease execution by check, Venmo or cash. (No credit card) Rents are then due by the 5th of each month, remaining a month in advance for remainder of lease. (Ex: On Jan 1the Feb rent is due etc.)A $5 fee per 2 foot space will be assessed for any late payment unless previoisly dicussed and agreed upon with the owner.NSF Checks - Any returned checks must be cleared up immediately including a $20 fee to cover bank charges, etc. Failure to do so will result in additional fees and possible non-refundable termination of lease. Portage Craft Mall has the authority to require any furthur payments to be made with money order or cash.A 6% fee will be charged for credit card sales only.Sales payouts will be available for pick up at Portage Craft Mall no later than the 5th of the month following the sales. You will be notified when they are available on our facebook Vendors only group page. Please ask for your check when in the Mall as we will not mail them without self aqddressed envelopes provided by you. Lost or missing checks will be reissued upon request within 12 months of issue for a $5 fee.I understand that $5.00 will be withheld from my sales payout in May and November to help cover the cost of marketing and packaging.Hours will be adjusted during winter and closed on Tuesdays. The store will be closed from approx. January 15th until February 15th each year. Vendors will not be charged for the time closed.
Portage Craft Mall is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Vendor is responsible for insuring their items.

Vendor’s immediate area must not infringe upon the space of the neighboring vendors or the isles. Vendor is responsible for cleaning and dusting their display area.

There is no category exclusivity, however, we do not allow competitive items within the store. If you feel your items are similar to another vendor in the store, please feel free to contact us at any time. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Also, if you are planning to introduce a new type of item in your space, please check to see that it will be approved and it does not conflict with items already in the mall.

I understand, agree and adhere to the standards set forth by Portage Craft Mall. I understand the Portage Craft Mall must approve all displays and the displayed items for sale within the Portage Craft Mall. Failure to do so will result in a non refundable termination.
