STUDIO POLICY AGREEMENT
Studio Policy: Please read the studio policies before submitting this registration form. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to all studio policies, including lesson cancelation and makeup lesson policies:

As a reminder, if a student must quarantine but is well enough to have a lesson, we will offer an online Zoom lesson at their regularly scheduled lesson day and time, which will not count as a makeup lesson. Please notify us as soon as possible so that we may notify the teacher and send out Zoom links.

Any cancelation or request for a rescheduled lesson will fall under the terms of our makep lesson policy. All cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance, or by 10am for same-day cancelation due to unforeseen illness, in order to be eligible for a makeup lesson, of which each student is entitled to two per semester. Same-day cancelations unrelated to illness, or same-day cancelations after 10am due to unforeseen illness will not be eligible for a makeup lesson.
