PRICING: $150 per hour - available flash set price

DEPOSIT POLICY: I require a $100 nonrefundable deposit upon booking.

LATENESS POLICY : depending on the day I will only wait 15-30 mins after appt time, with notice or not.
If late you FORFEIT ORIGINAL DEPOSIT and must RESCHEDULE. Reschedules require A NEW $100 DEPOSIT.

This deposit goes towards the total cost of the tattoo, and can carry over only to ONE rescheduled appointment if given at min 48hr notice. Tattoo work for no-call no-show and repeat reschedule clients forfeit deposits, designs, and will no longer have a opportunity to be tattooed by me and be blocked.

I DO NOT HOLD APPT SLOTS, if there is no deposit within 24hrs of receiving dates they can shortly after become booked by another

DESIGN POLICY: full description is needed along w/ references photos if you have. I do not show designs prior to appt Changes can be made the day of, anything requiring more than a 25% redraw may need to be rescheduled for another day.

You lose the rights to your design if I am no call no showed on. NO new design/ideas at appt.

Respectfully I am trying to grow and strengthen my portfolio with pieces I prefer to do that challenge me, specifically Anime, Manga, Disney, wether color or black and grey.

because of this I will not be accepting small, simple, thin, minimalistic, geometric, delicate, floral, just outline ideas.

I will NOT tattoo:

Clients under the age of 18

Political/hate symbols

Mouth/lip tattoos

Mechanical elements

Fine line

Lastly, please come with your skin ready to be tattooed. If you show up with a cut, burn, severe breakouts, sunburn, dramatic tan from your natural tone, or fresh fake tan, I have the right to reject the appt and your deposit will be forfeited. I do not recommend you shave your own skin unless you're male and want to trim

I understand that this booking request form does not guarantee me an appointment. I understand that I will be contacted for follow up via email within 2-5 business days, and will be required to send a deposit within 24 hours of agreeing to an appointment time with the artist.
