The event organizers of The Healthy Family & Summer Camp Expo will use face masks and other safety practices to help reduce the risks to exposure to COVID-19 and any variants of COVID. There is an inherent risk of COVID-19 exposure and any variants at any event and we cannot guarantee non-exposure. By agreeing to this statement, you hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against Family-Friendly LLC and it's affiliated partners and sponsors. Masks are REQUIRED by the Shops at Wiregrass. Please wear a mask outdoors when not eating. I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, and organizers. .*

Weights for Tent: I understand it's required by The Shops at Wiregrass to have a total of 80lbs of weight at the legs of my tent with 20lbs per tent leg. It is my responsibility to inform anyone who will be at Expo representing my business that they need to abide by the weight requirements. If my business does not have a minimum of 20lbs for each tent leg, then we will not be able to have a tent at our booth space. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.*
