All new guests begin with this digital consultation so I can get to know you, your hair, and your goals before your first visit. This helps me make sure we’re aligned and that the right service and amount of time are reserved for you. Please complete the form in full and include as much detail as possible. By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry.In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen. I understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.
