Our training sessions are valuable and I ask you respect this and give me at least 24 hours notice from the booked session of any cancellations or rescheduling. I will give a full refund or transfer the session to another day under circumstances you cannot control such as car suddenly break downs, COVID etc. £30 for one-offs, option to pay 50% deposit available*

1-2-1 PT: One off, 1 Hour slotFull price for 1 hour Personal Training. This does not include day pass to Pirates. This is £7 for non-members. Pirates is FREE on Sundays for non-members.
