            • Minimum of 6 guests to particpate. Maximum of 50 guests.
            • All Kamayans with 20 guests or more will need 7+ days to reserve with a paid deposit.  
            • All reservations require a deposit and must be paid within 48 hours from event. 
            • 2 hour reservation limit.
            • NO outside food or beverages allowed.
            • Any submissions made on Friday - Sunday will receive a response the following Monday or Tuesday via email.

            Final Payment: Your final payment will include the charges of any balance due, such as the cost of your food and beverage plus tax and  gratuity. This is due upon completion of your event with your credit card or cash. The credit card used to pay for the deposit will be stored or saved to use for final balance transaction. 

            Guest Responsibilites: You agree to provide a final guest count 2 days prior to the event. You agree to be responsible for damages and theft to furniture, equipment, furnishings and personal property of Neri's Restaurant incurred by members of your party who attend or relate to this function. You agree to start the event at the scheduled time and end the event at the scheduled time. 

            Alcohol Policy: Neri's Restaurant is an alcohol free restaurant. No outside liqour may be drank within the premisis. If any alcohol is found on property, Neri's will charge 25% gratuity, corkage fee of $45 and will not be responsible for any customer injuries or property damages. By paying the deposit, you, the client, is responsible for guests injuries and any property damages.
