  • PAYMENT: ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. Accepted payment types are cash, check, credit or debit card. All credit and debit cards are processed using PayPal online invoicing service. A PayPal account is not required to pay the invoice. Payment of invoice will act as approval.

    Cancellations: Orders can not be canceled once payment is submitted.

    Turnaround Time: Average turnaround time is 7-15 Business Days (Not including weekends and holidays) from time of proof approval and receipt of payment for ARTWORK READY orders.  It is suggested to allow at least a full 2 weeks lead-time for production. orders are scheduled on first come first serve basis. Large orders (100+ Prints) and/or multiple designs may require more time. Turnaround time begins once payment has been received and artwork is approved.

    Rush Orders: Time sensitive orders needed in less than 7 business days require an additional cost of 50% in addition to the total cost. rush orders spaces are limited.

    Shipping: Orders will ship out on Tuesday and Thursdays. Fed-Ex,USPS, or UPS will be used for shipping unless otherwise requested. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Please keep this in mind when placing time sensitive orders. customers wishing to use their shipping account must make note during order placement.
