Name of the Event Decorator / Planner: ( Must arrive no later than 2 hrs prior to the event to the event start time )
Name of the Caterer: (must be licensed and arrive no later than 1 hr prior to the event start time )
Name of the DJ: ( Must arrive no later than 1 hr prior to the event start time )
Name of the Band: ( Must arrive no later than 2 hrs prior to the event start time )
Name of the Balloon Decorator: ( Must arrive no later than 2 hrs prior to the event start time. No confetti is allowed inside the balloons and all of the balloons must be popped and removed from the venue - no exceptions)
Name of the Vendors: ( Must arrive no later than 2 hrs prior to the event and no later than 1hr prior to the event start time )
Is there a Cash Bar? The attendees understand that they will be paying for their own drinks. Bartender fee is $125 per bartender ( we recommend 1 bartender per 30 guests ).
