If you choose to use the digital screens, the photos / presentation must be sent to Studio 229 on Brevard no later than 72 hrs ( 3 days ) prior to the event. Should the images not be received on time, there is no guarantee that the venue will have them available the day of the event. Studio 229 on Brevard can attach your computer to the screens and the client can run their own photo slideshow / presentation. Studio 229 on Brevard does not provide an AV person to run a client's presentation.

Set Up: Please specify the type of set up desired in detail. Attaching a diagram will be helpful. (We have high or low cocktail rounds & soft seating are available for use)

*** Please Note: Due to lack of storage & limited labor, should the client desire to remove everything out of the room for a specialized set up, this will incur a $1200 fee to cover labor and outside storage fee.

This check list must be completed and returned no later than 72 hours prior to event date. There will be no changes to this set up after submission.
