Join us as we step into a heart opening ceremony of connection and creativity. We will be starting this ceremony by journeying into the space of animal and spirit guides, we will use cacao to open the heart and shamanic journeying to connect with the otherworld. Once connected, we will be asking our spirits to help connect us to the medicine of the drum as we then go on to birth them into the world. Finally we will step into the sweat lodge to seal the ceremony and truly connect with the spirit and medicine of our drums.

Please note- The sweat (temazcal) can get pretty hot! Please drink plenty of water throughout the day to ensure you're well hydrated before coming. Its great to replace your electrolytes by adding some salt to your water or drinking coconut water or hydralyte afterwards.

Please eat a substantial meal prior to arriving on the day as this will last you the day. We'll be providing snacks throughout the day and light refreshments, fruit etc after the sweat. Feel free to bring any extra food or drink for the day. Pretty safe to say that alcohol isn't advised before or after a sweat :)

If you don't pay the remaining balance owing by June 25th, you will then miss out on the early bird discount and remaining balance owing will increase to $399 (full price ticket is $649
