Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We require at least 3 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to another patient who may be waiting.
If less than 3 business days’ notice is given, a missed consult fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy and authorize the clinic to charge the card on file for any missed-consult or late-cancellation fees.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
All appointment changes must be made through our online scheduling system before the deadline. Our online scheduling system automatically prevents cancellations or changes within the 3-business-day window. If the system does not allow you to move or cancel your appointment, the deadline has passed and a missed-consultation fee will apply if you cannot attend the scheduled time. Reminder Emails:
Reminder emails are sent when you book and again before your appointment, but due to spam filters, they are not guaranteed. Not receiving a reminder does not waive the missed-consult fee. Patients are responsible for tracking their appointment time.
Time Zone:
All appointments are scheduled in Central Time (CT). Please convert to your local time zone if needed.
Availability:
If you are unavailable or cannot be reached at your scheduled appointment time, the visit is considered a missed consult, and the fee applies.

Introductory Consultation:
The introductory consultation is complimentary. A $20 deposit is required to hold the appointment and is applied as a credit toward your New Patient Consultation if you continue with care. The $20 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the introductory consultation for any reason, the deposit is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

New Patient Consult: $399
45–60 Minute Follow-Up: $299
30–45 Minute Follow-Up: $225
1–30 Minute Follow-Up: $150
All follow-up visits are billed within these time blocks.
