  • All catering services are required to send in a $50 non-refundable deposit fee to secure there booking day. Please be sure to consult with Chef Ke before submitting your payment!

    If requesting an in state catering event:

    • Client must book 2 weeks in advance to catering event day (any last minute in state bookings will be charged a $50 last minute booking fee)
    • Client must book in the Charleston, West Virginia area or within a 30 mile radius. 
    • If full service kitchen is provided please be sure that the kitchen area and space is clean and that all neccesary kitchen equipment and applicances are avaliable. (Home kitches included)
    • If full service kitchen space or rental is not provided you will be billed an extra $100.00 fee for in home amenities.
    • If full service kitchen is not provided client is able to have spread dropped off, milegae fee will be required.
    • If full service kitchen is not provided client is able to pick up spread, pick up location will be sent 24 hours in advance to event day.
    • Client must pay for catering service on the day of booking.
    • Client is provided with servingware for event day catering additional add ons are avaliable:

    - Plasticware and cultery (Based on party number)

    - Chaffing trays and burners ($40 rental fee)

    - Event food table decor (Starting at $50)

    - Server(s) for parties over 35 (Starting at $50/hr)

     

    If requesting an out of state catering event:

    • Client must book event 2 weeks in advance to event day (any last minute out of state bookings will be charged a last minute booking fee).
    • Client is required to provide full service kitchen space whether this may be in home, a rental unit or rented event space with full service kitchen included.
    • If full service kitchen is provided please be sure that the space is clean and that all neccesary kitchen equipment and applicances are avaliable.
    • Client will be required to cover the following on a need basis:

    - Lodging (ALWAYS REQUIRED 3-4 star hotel or Air bnb rental if full service kitchen is not provided).

    - Mileage fee (If event is 4hours away or less)

    - Airfare fee (If event is more than 4+ hours away)

    - Transportation fee (For 3rd party transportation such as Uber or Lyft for traveling for service needs and to and from event location).

     

    FOR ANY REASON IF YOUR EVENT IS CANCELLED YOU WILL ONLY RECIEVE A PARTIAL REFUND IF AND ONLY IF YOUR EVENT IS CANCELLED 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT DAY.

If you are just inquiring you will not need to make this payment. This payment can be made in the future once you are sure you are ready to book!
