Spring Trails Rules and Right to Use

The Spring Trails HOA Swim Center will be open from 6:00am – 12 Midnight. Monday through Sunday. Adults ONLY from 6:00am – 8:00am and then from 10:00pm to Midnight (No children under the age of 18 is to enter the pool area at these Adult time frames) for swimming on days during the "swim season" as determined by the Board of Directors of the Association. Please NOTE: the Pool schedule is subject to change without notice.

The HOA pool and related facilities shall be used only by members of the Spring Trails HOA in good standing and their guests, or tenants of a member and the tenant's guests, and all use shall be in accordance with pool policies, regulations and rules adopted by the Association's Board of Directors and its members.

Each household using the Spring Trails HOA Swim Center, whether a member or tenant of an member, must have this application and waiver on file with the Association and must possess an entry key authorizing the member or tenant and their family and guests to access the swim center during the pool hours set by the Association.

In consideration of the right to use and access the Spring Trails HOA Swim Center during the swim season as defined herein, the undersigned desires and agrees to be bound by all provisions of the Spring Trails HOA pool use policies, rules and regulations as adopted by the Board of Directors of the Association.

The undersigned on behalf of myself and all family members listed herein who may use the Spring Trails HOA pool and related amenities hereby releases and discharges Spring Trails Homeowners Association, Inc. ("Association"), its officers, directors and members, and Ascension Property Management ("management company"), and will hold the same harmless and indemnify them from all claims and liabilities related to our use of the Spring Trails HOA pool, or any related amenities

PLEASE NOTE: Pool cards are processed Monday-Thursday during the pool season. After the request is processed, they are put in the mail on the next business day. Pick up or delivery is not available. Your card will be sent in the mail.
