PDV Tattoo Inquiry

This form is for requesting flash designs and freehanded tattoos (meaning the design is drawn-on the day of the tattoo). I am not currently taking new custom projects from new clients. I am always booking flash and freehands and usually have spots within 2-3 weeks.

Rates:

$130/hr for flash, $150 minimum
$150/hr for freehand, $150 minimum
$100 deposit

Deposit policy: The $100 non-refundable deposit goes toward the final tattoo cost. With more than 48hrs notice, we can reschedule once without a new deposit. If you cancel, don’t show up, or don't reschedule within 30 days I keep the deposit.
