    Once the request is filled out, you will be sent a follow-up email and request for payment upon approval. Vendors accepted on a first come/first serve basis. PPLLC reserves the right to limit duplications of food and small business items sold at the event. A 10x10 tent is required.

    Set-up time begins 9:30 am – 11:00 am Saturday, January 29th,2022. *PLEASE BE READY TO COMMIT TO THE ENTIRE TIME* Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, weights for the tents and extension cords for the event, are responsible for personal setup, and clean up after. Fees will be assets if your space is not picked up properly after the event. Electricity is VERY limited and will be on a first come first served basis. We prefer that vendors bring their own generators, but if electricity is needed, you must check in with PPLLC before the day of the event.
