Most events are held in a private residence. In most cases, for safety, a phone voice verification is required before the event address is given. You will be contacted by phone on the number you provided on this form. For Virtual Events a Zoom Invitation link will be sent to you via the email you provided on this form. One event registration form per person attending event.

No refunds are given unless the event is canceled in which you will be contacted and refunded your admission fees if any paid. If you cancel, a one time credit may be applied to one future event of choice within 30 days. Please notify Crystals Healing Arts of any cancellations and rescheduling options prior to the event.
