Please note that Revolution cannot approve credits based on how much you spent on a hotel stay, how much your groceries cost, or other similar criteria. Rent credits and abatements can only be based upon the portion of the property that was unusable, and how long that portion was unusable. Depending on the circumstances, your renter's insurance may be able to cover other amounts, though, so you should contact your insurance company for more details in those cases.

How much of a credit are you requesting?
By submitting this form and accepting any rent abatement granted by the landlord or property manager, the undersigned tenant acknowledges and agrees that such abatement is provided as a full and final accommodation. The tenant hereby waives and releases any and all claims, demands, or rights to additional compensation, damages, or legal action against the landlord, property manager, and their agents or affiliates arising out of or related to the circumstances that led to this request. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims for inconvenience, loss of use, diminution in rental value, or any other form of relief. Tenant also stipulates that any other tenants named on the lease have been consulted and also agree, and that the undersigned tenant is signing on behalf of all named tenants on the lease and occupants of the property.
