Cancellation Policy:
We require more than 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancelling or rescheduling within this period will result in a loss of 50% of the deposit or a fee of 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations and no-shows cause significant revenue loss for our stylists.
Deposits:
Deposits are required for all services and are non-refundable. They go towards the total cost of the appointment. Deposits can be transferred once, outside of the cancellation policy, at our discretion. If you cancel or reschedule within the week of the appointment more than once, you will lose the initial deposit and need to pay a new deposit to rebook.
Late Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are not accepted. If you are late and I can't perform the full service, it may result in cancellation and a 50% cancellation fee. Arrivals less than 10 minutes late are accepted, but anything beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and a cancellation fee.
Appointment Changes:
To make changes to your appointment, please notify us over 48 hours in advance. If you want less than what was scheduled and do not give advanced notice, you may be charged the original amount. If you want more and do not give advanced notice, we may not be able to fulfill your request due to time restrictions.
No Additional Guests Policy:
Only clients receiving services are allowed in the salon. For safety and space reasons, please do not bring children, friends, or spouses. If you arrive with additional guests, your appointment may be rescheduled, resulting in a 100% cancellation fee.
Redo/Refund Policy:
If you need an adjustment, contact me within 7 days via text with specific concerns and clear pictures. Note that regrowth can appear within a week or two. Services are non-refundable and adjustments are not guaranteed.
