  • We appreciate all the effort and hard work that goes into creating arts,crafts & small businesses! We wanted help the vendors that attend our show. 

    So,, if there is a high chance of rain for the majority of the time on Saturday, (4 1/2 hours or more) We will cancel the show for that day and refund 25% of your booth space. if the prediction for Sunday if there is a high chance of rain for the majority of the time of the event, (4 hours or more) we will cancel the event and refund 25% of your booth space. 

    Please note: the grounds will be monitored, No booths will be allowed to set up if the show is cancelled for that day.

    Refunds will be sent to you by September 19th.

     DEADLINE for submissions is August 27, 2022!

    To ensure a variety of vendor offerings, we will limit the number of categories of art mediums/food.
    The pavillion and food truck spaces are sold out, however, we still have spaces on the lawn

    By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.

    1. You can make your selection below to set up just Saturday or Sunday or both days.  Your space is only reserved once payment is made. Vendors who stay for both days will keep their same space both days.

    2. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

    3. Please keep your items within your booth space.

    4. No sales are permitted outside your space.

    5. Booth spaces will be first come, first serve basis, unless sponsor space is reserved.

    6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.

    7.Setup is between 8:00 am - 9:30 am Saturday morning.  Sunday morning9 am - 10:45 am. Vehicles, trailers, etc must be move to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.

    8. No music allowed except approved by show management.

    9. Vendors cannot bring vehicles, trailers, etc onto the grounds until after 6:00 pm on Saturday and 4:00 pm on Sunday.

    10: Generators are allowed with prior approval.

    11. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors, you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.

    By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.

    $100 -$500

    Prominent advertising of your business at the show, social media, banners, etc.  Distribution of company literature/advertisements to show attendees; free vendor space at show for company display; additional benefits determined on donation level & company preference.
