I understand that in the case of an overbooking, The Custard Company reserves the right to refund your deposit and inform you that we will be unable to fulfill your order. The Custard Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, or otherwise alter the details of the event. In the case that this happens, The Custard Company will inform you of the changes made.

I agree to release and hold harmless The Custard Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property.

I understand that the $100.00 deposit is non-refundable and will be taken out of the balance of your final invoice.
