ELIGIBILITY
Nominations should be submitted by SkillsUSA Florida Chapters or state-level stakeholders of SkillsUSA.
Nominees must have made outstanding contributions of time, money, or services to the SkillsUSA Florida state association.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Separate nominations may be submitted for as many individuals as desired.
The deadline for submission is February 28.
Please attach written material (no more than 2 pages) listing the nominee's community service and contribution to the SkillsUSA state association. Pertinent supplementary materials (newspaper articles, etc) may be submitted with the nomination form.
This award will be given to no more than four entities per year.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
- Nominee organization name, contact name, email, phone
- Nominator name, email, phone, relationship to nominee
- Nominator organization/company
- List the nominee’s current and past support of the state SkillsUSA association.
- How long has the nominee supported the SkillsUSA Florida state association with funds, time, or services?
- In the past year, approximately how many hours has the nominee served as a SkillsUSA Florida volunteer?
- How has the nominee’s offering of funds, time or services impacted the SkillsUSA Florida state association?
- Please attach written material (no more than 2 pages) listing the nominee’s support of the SkillsUSA Florida state association. Pertinent supplementary materials (newspaper articles, etc.) may be submitted with the nomination form.
