ELIGIBILITY
Nominations should be submitted by SkillsUSA chapters, stakeholders, alumni, and parents.
Nominees must have served as a volunteer for SkillsUSA and made a significant difference in state association operations. This award is not considered to be an automatic award given at retirement. Whenever possible, nominations should occur separate from an individual's retirement, whenever possible.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Separate nominations may be submitted for as many individuals as desired.
The deadline for submission is February 28. Please attached written material (no more than 2 pages) listing the nominee's community service and contribution to the SkillsUSA state association. Pertinent supplementary materials (newspaper articles, etc) may be submitted with the nomination form.
This award will be given to no more than two individuals per year.

- Nominator organization/company
- List the nominee's current and past volunteer responsibilities with SkillsUSA.
- How long has the nominee provided volunteer services to the SkillsUSA Florida state association?
- In the past year, approximately how many hours has the nominee served as a SkillsUSA volunteer?
- How has the nominee's volunteer contribution impacted the SkillsUSA Florida state association?
- What makes the nominee stand out from other volunteers?
