ELIGIBILITY
A candidate may be nominated by SkillsUSA Florida chapters, stakeholders, board members, alumni, parents, or other leaders in the organization. The nomination form must be accompanied by up to five (5) letters of support from SkillsUSA members, CTE instructors, SkillsUSA advisors, parents, advisory committee members, etc.
Active SkillsUSA Florida Professional Members who are currently employed as full-time certified career and technical educators, administrators, school guidance counselors, program specialists and other individuals involved in career and technical education are eligible recipients for this award. Qualified candidates must have an active chapter for the year preceding nomination (at least 6 students and 1 professional member).
A nominee should have been involved in SkillsUSA Florida activities related to the SkillsUSA Program of Work at the regional, state and/or national levels and must have been a member of SkillsUSA Florida for at least the past five consecutive years.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Separate nominations may be submitted for as many individuals as desired.
The deadline for submission is February 28.
This award will be given to no more than one individual, per division, per year.
