By submitting this application:

I understand that submitting this invitation does not guarantee my selection as part of the Glam Squad, and that I will be notified if I am selected.
I understand that if I am selected for the Glam Squad that this is a professional job, and I must be on time for all styling sessions and dressed professionally.
I understand I will be working as part of a team with a deadline to meet, and will work with other Glam Squad members.
I am indicating I am available on Monday, March 30 from 4 PM to 9 PM, and on Thursday, April 2 from 6 AM to 12 PM. I understand that it may not be possible for me to leave any session early. I will be available for the initial styling, as well as touchups throughout the ceremonies, as needed.
I understand that I must abide by all sanitation protocols that are standard for my industry, as well as any COVID-19 protocols that are in place.
I will abide by the code of conduct of my school, as well as that of SkillsUSA Florida. I understand that failure to abide by these rules will result in dismissal from the team.
If I am a minor under the age of 18, that my parent/guardian and my instructor are supportive of my application to the Glam Squad and understand that I may miss some school as a result of selection.
