Attention Residents of Gabriels Grove

Gate will remain OPEN during the day from 6 AM- 7:00 PM.

Upon registering your car, phone and home using the gate registration form you will be able to use gate key pad.

Features of the Liftmaster- Chamberlain Gate System include the following:

1. The entrance touch pad, provides an easy-to-read directory. Your guest arrives when the gate is closed, and uses the touch pad to find your name in the HOA directory. Your guest touches the button for your name, on the touch pad. This will automatically dial into the phone which the member has registered with the system.

2. The system provides a phone connection to your registered cell or house phone number at the touch of a button. (A phone call from (512) 956-9496 will come to your phone, please add this number to your contact list so that you do not mistake it for a sales call)

3. A feature that allows you to touch "9" on your registered phone in order to OPEN the gate and allow guests into the community (after your receive a call from the gate system).

We encourage each resident to familiarize yourself with the system and test out the phone feature and the "dial 9 to open the gate" feature so that you are aware of the logistics!

Also, in the event that the gate is jammed, or broken in the middle of the night, please be aware that there is a way to manually open the gate. The procedure to open the gate is printed out and attached to the inside plastic housing around the motor. For obvious reasons this will NOT be posted on the website.

Gate Sticker Installation Instuctions

ALL Gate Stickers need to be placed on the OUTSIDE of the WINDOW on the DRIVERS SIDE OF THE VEHICLE.

Please test by watching the sticker reader. The "sticker reader" is the flat antenna above the gate. When you see the blue light below the antenna flashing, the sticker is working. The antenna will read your card when the gate is open or closed, so you can test functionality during the day when the gate is open.

WHY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW? It has been determined that some windshields have a heat shield that block signals from the transponder. Please check your cars owners manual for more information on this topic.

Wavier and Use Agreement

The POA gate stickers shall be used only by the member or tenant and their family; and

Each household using the gate stickers, whether a member or tenant of an member, must have this application and waiver on file with the Association and must possess an entry card authorizing the member or tenant and their family to access the gate.

The undersigned on behalf of myself and all family members listed herein who may use the gate stickers, hereby releases and discharges Gabriel’s Grove Property Owners Association (“Association”), its officers, directors and members, and Ascension Property Management ("management company"), and will hold the same harmless and indemnify them from all claims and liabilities related to our use of the Gabriel’s Grove POA gate, or any related amenities.
