If you do not have a card please return to the LakeForestRR.com and fill out a Pool Card Request form link on the HOME page. I will validate my pool card two days prior to my reservation in order to make sure I have the ability to get in to the clubhouse prior to my event. You are allowed 2 free weekday rentals (Mon-Thurs) per year, after that you must pay $50 per rental Balloons are not allowed in the Clubhouse, they get caught in the ceiling fan blades and have caused significant damage. This facility is NOT to be used for my personal business or profit I WILL BRING BACK ALL MY TRASH TO MY HOME- the HOA Pool has limited trash capacity and it is difficult to remove trash prior to trash day (Tuesday)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND

1. You must provide your pool key number in order to get into the facility. Please contact Admin@AscensionPM.com with the FIRST FIVE Digits on your pool key in order to gain access, prior to your event.

2. This is an electronic access system that uses your already assigned electronic card so that you can get into the Lake Forest Amenities Center.

3. The small black box on the right side of the doorway is the card reader.

4. Please verify your pool card works 2 days prior to your event. Property Management is not responsible for lack of access if your card is not verified prior to the event. Confirming access is your responsibility.

5. ANY DAMAGE OR CLEANING SERVICE CHARGES WILL BE BILLED TO MY ACCOUNT AT THE DISCRETION OF ASCENSION PROPERTY MGMT

7.THIS FACILITY IS FOR PERSONAL USE BY LF HOMEOWNERS ONLY!! NOT FOR BUSINESS USE. ANY BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL EVENT NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT BEFORE THE BOARD FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

8.PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF YOUR TRASH ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTY. THIS MEANS YOU MUST BRING YOUR TRASH BACK TO YOUR HOME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TRASH BAGS.

9. NO BALLOONS: Balloons and other floating objects that get caught in the ceiling fans are not allowed in the facility. If damage to fans is discovered, security cameras will used to determine who broke the rules and who should pay for repairs

$50 for ALL Weekend Rentals, Fri-Sun, 4 hrs per rental max. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION. FEES can be paid at www.LakeForestRR.com

Two Free Mon-Thurs Rentals per Year, for all HOA Members.

Facility has approx 6 Tables and 42 Chairs located in the back wall unit cabinet, as well as free wireless internet.

Please Include Setup and Cleanup times in your reservation.
