Any membership dues and other costs associated with a Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade that remain unpaid as of the immediately preceding Oct 15, 2023 may result in termination of the undersigned’s membership in the parade and all rights to participate in the parade in the sole discretion of Magical Krewe of MadHatters, Inc.

I, the undersigned, in consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in the Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade, agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY the Magical Krewe of MadHatters, Inc. and all of its owners, officers, managers, directors, employees and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees and other expenses of investigating, defending and prosecuting litigation), penalties, fines and judgments suffered or incurred by them in connection with, as a result of or arising out of any threatened or asserted claim, action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, including, but not limited to, any appeals,
to which they are, or are threatened to be made, parties because of the above-named marcher’s participation in a Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade.
