The core idea of the remynder ritual
Helping you to stay focussed on what's important to you by remynding you of your intentions and checking in with you. Most likely the remynder ritual will work as a whatsapp or telegram chatbot.
After the first-user test for the remynder ritual I received a lot of very valuable feedback. The main take-away was that the remynder concept is promising, but that it needs to be personalized to everyone's own needs.
That's why for this second version of the remynder ritual I'd like to start of asking you all to let me know which specific application you'd actually want to use:

This will include: Answering introspective questions on how you are feeling & doing as well as short journaling exercises.
This will include: Defining; personality type, your own strengths & weaknesses and what you are grateful for.
This will include: Defining your vision, mission, aspects of certain role models.
This will include: Learning about goal setting frameworks and what types of goals you set
This will include: Daily and weekly planning activities to master being intentional with what you focus on.
This will include: Learning more about being effective and helpful techniques and exercises to apply.
This will include: Learning more about the value of reflecting and helpful techniques and exercises to apply weekly, monthly and yearly.
