    Thank you for choosing to have your party at Kidz Wurld! *If you ordered a basic package you can use this form to add on any additional add-ons you might like to have at your party. *If you ordered a themed package....then WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF IMAGINATION. Not only do you get your own personal event designer that designs the décor by hand, but you get to take home memorable memorabilia that will last a life time. Anything with your child's name or picture you may take home with you. Several of the items will be personalized with your child's name and/or age depending on the theme. Several of the items are rentals. We ask that if you would like to take home an item that does not have your child's name, please confirm with our staff if it is a rental or not. Each theme comes with different props/items/ additional items etc. depending on the theme. Quality is our work and a lot of time and effort goes into our designers work. Sometimes some additional props might be brought for your party to enjoy so that our marketing team can take great photos. You will not be charged for any of these extras and the marketing team will take them when they leave.   • By Signing Here I agree to pay the fee for a themed party as well as for any additional add-ons requested. By signing here you are agreeing to have a themed party or agreeing to pay for any additional add-ons that you checked above.  If you need to cancel you may transfer the theme to a different date. You agree that anything checked is an add on and will cost you the additional charge listed beside it if you choose to purchase that product. If you dislike your products, please discuss with the manager immediatly so that we can fix the situation. By signing here we have your consent to use your child's birthday pictures for Kidz Wurld purposes.By signing you are allowing us to use pictures from your party which could have your child in it for marketing purposes. You can add or subtract children up to two weeks before your party. After that, we cannot gaurentee that we will be able to accomadate the change in the amount of children. 

  • Deposit For a Themed Party

    If you purchased a Ultimate Themed Party and already completed your birthday contract- Click Ultimate Theme Package. This the deposit needed to secure an Ultimate Themed Package and it will be deducted from your bill with the original deposit of $180. The remainder of your bill will be $180 plus any additional children, setups, or food. Each additional child over 10 is an additional fee. You will be charged $3 for each additional child for each theme set up. If the designer makes 20 items and only 15 kids show up you will only be charged $3 per child not the original $15.99. So you would be charged $15. Check off any additional add-ons that may not be included with your theme (like shirts, number boxes, The #1 Selling Milestone Banner for Age 1) by checking the box next to them. All add-ons require payment prior to the event. If you decide to cancel an add-on or change your party package Kidz Wurld will refund you the difference the day of the event. If you purchased a basic package and would like to add on certain items and make your own theme you are welcome to do so by checking next to what items you would like. All payment is due immediately.
