This Membership Agreement will govern the terms of the Member’s membership rights and obligations and is a binding contract between you, the Member, and the Long Island Women's Firearm Club (LIWFC, Inc.). By checking the “I Agree” button on the membership form at the end of this Agreement indicates that you have read the Membership Agreement terms and agree to them, you understand the contents of the Membership Agreement; if applicable, that you have asked questions about any term of the Membership Agreement that you may not understand, and that you are agreeing to be legally bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND HOLD HARMLESS: I had read the Assumption of Risk, Indemnity and Liability Waiver Agreement, Range Rules and understand and agree to their terms and conditions. 2. MEMBERSHIP DUES: Membership dues are due every month (reoccurring on credit card given) on the same date that you signed up on, memberships shall continue until canceled by the Member in writing, which must be done 30 days before canceling your membership, or if the monthly payment is not made for any reason. You, the member, is responsible for canceling your own subscription via the email invoice you receive every month. If the Member’s membership is revoked, or her monthly payment is not made for any reason, and the Member later desires to rejoin, it will be necessary for the Member to re-enroll, and the Member will be subject to an administration fee of $25.00, and all new membership terms and conditions then in effect. Members are responsible for updating any credit card, debit card or bank account information changes, and LIWFC, Inc. is not responsible for termination of the membership due to the change of such information. *Refunds will not be given for previous months. * Refunds will not be given due to missed lectures, range events, and/or social events. Members are fully responsible for attending lectures and range events, and will not hold LIWFC, Inc. responsible if, or when, they cannot attend any event offered by the club. 3. MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITIES: Members are fully responsible for their personal property and vehicles. In no case will LIWFC, Inc. be responsible for theft, loss or the safety of, or damage to any Member’s or guest’s property during monthly lectures, range nights, and social events. If a member has her own rifle, we ask that you register the serial number with LIWFC, Inc. for the sole purpose to avoid you, or other members from taking the wrong rifle. We (LIWFC, Inc.) will never use this information against you in any situation. If you decide not to register your rifle with LIWFC, Inc., you cannot bring your firearm to the club's range night. We have rifles available to use. Pistol members must have their valid pistol license on them with the serial number of the handgun/pistol on it. No member is allowed to bring any undocumented pistol to the club's range night. 4. EYE AND EAR PROTECTION: Eye and ear protection are required at all times by Members while in the range. Baseball hats are strongly recommended. You cannot enter range without safety glasses and ear protection. 5. RIGHT OF REVOCATION: Any Member that fails to obey any range officer instructions, range rules, basic firearm safety rules, LIWFC, Inc. policies, or any other term of membership is subject to expulsion from the range, suspension or revocation of their membership or range usage rights. There will be no refund of any monies; membership dues or administration fees, if any person is required to leave the property or any membership is suspended or revoked as noted herein. 6. PROHIBITED MEMBERS AND RULES: Persons who are forbidden by law from possession of firearms are not permitted to utilize the membership of LIWFC, Inc. and will be removed from the premises. By signing this Agreement, you express that you are representing that you are not prohibited by law or any court order from possessing a firearm, you are not under a domestic violence restraining order or injunction and that you are mentally fit to engage in the use of firearms. If a member has obtained any unlawful charges against them, LIWFC, Inc. has the right to decide to revoke her membership.  Members shall not be permitted to enter the premises if they are under, or appear to be under, the influence of alcohol or drugs. Further, Members affirm they understand the consumption of drugs or alcoholic beverages is expressly prohibited at LIWFC, Inc., and that any person(s) who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or emotionally unstable, shall be denied access to any part of the premises. 7. DAMAGE TO RANGE PROPERTY: Any intentional or unintentional damage to any LIWFC of range property is the Member’s sole responsibility to repair or replace at LIWFC's or the range's discretion. The member shall report any damage or destruction of any LIWFC or range property and people. Members are fully responsible for their own actions. Member hereby consents to LIWFC charging its credit card, debit card or bank account for the cost of any repair or replacement to LIWFC or range's property. 8. LOADED FIREARMS: No firearms are allowed during monthly lectures. At the range, no loaded firearms are to be left unattended for any reason. No loaded firearms are allowed inside the member meeting locations, restrooms, or in any parking area. When we have range time, you may have your handgun on you secured in a holster and worn on the body in an approved manner, with a loaded magazine but no bullet in the chamber, and if movement from one range lane to another is needed, and RSO must transfer all firearms to the designated lane, and all firearms must be unloaded, and in the safe position before lane transfer. All long guns must be cased and unloaded at the shooting lane. 9. CAMERAS: LIWFC, Inc. works with ranges that operate a state-of-the-art monitoring security system which incorporates the use of high definition cameras and hidden surveillance equipment. Your presence with the LIWFC, Inc. and execution of this Agreement indicates your consent to be videotaped and recorded while with LIWFC, Inc. 10. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND MARKETING: During events, photos and videos will be taken by the BOD's. These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes by LIWFC, Inc., and Member releases her likeness to be used by LIWFC, Inc. without further consent. If you do not want to be in any photos and videos for marketing purposes, please let a BOD know ASAP.

PURCHASING: An 8.64% sales tax and a 3% fee must be charged for credit card purchases. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any taxes and fees. Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s). If you would like to exchange your purchase, the product you are exchanging with must be of equal or less than the value of the original product purchased. Waivers will be either sent to you electronically, or in person. In order to participate in any club events, you must sign any waivers we may have for that specific time.

All new members are required to attend an orientation before any event. This is a 4 hour class that will go over the safety and the basics of firearms, range safety, etc.

The LIWFC, Inc is an educational club. Meaning, every lecture and range nights are for the purpose to educate club members about, but not limited to, firearm safety, self-defense, and home defense. Therefore, we require members to attend a designated number of lectures and range events per calendar year. Non-PISTOL (RIFLE) MEMBERS: Must attend a minimum of 9 out of 12 lectures, and 4 out of 6 range events. PISTOL: 9 out of12 lectures, 9 out of 12 range events. There are no make-up events available, and LIWFC, Inc. has the right to determine to revoke membership from any member who does not comply.

In the event where you may need an ambulance, we ask to document any health information so that we can give it to the emergency responders. Everything in this column, as well as this entire form is confidential. No one will view your personal health information other than the required medical professionals.
