We operate on a tiered system, where our Stylists are categorized into different levels based on their demand and experience.
Level 1 and 2 Entry Level
Our entry level Stylists have completed our rigorous training program and are skilled in creating beautiful hair. While they are newer to the industry, their schedules offer greater flexibility for appointments.
Level 3 and 4
These Stylists bring a wealth of experience and expertise, making them highly sought after. As a result, securing an appointment with them may be more challenging due to their busy schedules.
Level 5, 6, and 7
Our most experienced Stylists fall into this category, boasting large clienteles and exceptional skills. They are in high demand and are committed to providing an unparalleled experience. It is common for appointments with them to be scheduled several weeks out.

To service you best a significant amount of time is required for all appointments. To book an appointment we do require to hold your credit card on file. We do enforce a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time will require a $40 fee to rebook. No shows are charged 100% of the appointment. By booking an appointment and applying your credit card on file, you are agreeing to our policy
