Guest Registration Form

CCU residents are permitted to have guests on campus overnight under the following conditions:

1. The guest must comply with University rules and regulations.
2. The student host/hostess is responsible for the guest's conduct and must obtain their roommate's consent for the stay
A guest registration form must be obtained and completed
Roommates must be informed of guest stay.
No visitors are allowed to stay on campus during 1st 2 weeks of each semester, as well as during finals week.
An overnight guest is normally limited to a stay no more than three (3) consecutive nights. Stays for more than three (3) nights must be approved by the host's Resident Director PRIOR TO THE STAY, and may be subjected to a charge of $100 per night per person and will be charged to the host's account.
No guests of the opposite sex or under the age of 12 years old (including family members) are permitted to stay in an on-campus residence. This applies to CCU students as well as non-students.

*Please note, guests may not stay on campus without the host present. Students must be present to host a guest on campus. I.e., a student may not have a guest stay in their room while they are away for the weekend.
