The Outstanding Leadership Award (Management) recognizes the management level employee who provides excellent leadership to enhance the workplace and the quality of life for the residents.
Eligibility: Any employee of a LeadingAge Indiana not-for-profit member facility who supervises one or more employees.
The leader has demonstrated her/his commitment to a team approach.
The leader has demonstrated a caring commitment to staff development.
The leader has made a significant impact to service in the facility.
The leader exemplifies the organization's mission.
The leader has demonstrated skills that have led to the improvement of the quality of work life of employees and/or the quality of life of residents.
