  • If you are experiencing the same exact issue with the replacement switch, then you most likely have a different issue other than the window switch.  A warranty replacement switch may not fix your issue.  We suggest that you check the functionality of your window motor before completeing this form.  If you do not have a way to check your window motor we can send you another switch as a courtesy.  If you continue to have the same issue, your issue is with another part entirely.
