Important statement

When ordering a roof sign with graphics, magnetic door panels or custom flash alerts Ideas4ADIs will produce a proof, as a PDF document sent via e-mail, for the customer's approval based on this submission form.

If the customer is unsure of which font or colour they'd prefer, then a number of options can be provided as part of the proof. This should be stated in 'Any further details'.

We accept that on viewing the proof the customer may decide to make changes. Therefore, Ideas4ADIs are willing to provide up to 3 PDF proofs without charge, after which a charge of £12.50 plus VAT will be made for each additional proof prepared. The customer will be made aware of any costs prior to any work being carried out.

Ideas4ADIs must receive written approval, by reply of the proof, before the order can be processed and the signs made up.

Any changes to artwork once approval has been given may incur extra costs.

Some car manufacturers have made changes to the design of their vehicles to make them more aerodynamic and economic to run. However, in some cases this has meant a narrowing and/or greater curvature of the roof of the vehicle, which means the standard roof box may not fit properly. We are aware of new shape Vauxhall Corsa (2010 onwards), Ford KA, BMW Mini, Nissan Micra, VW BEETLE, Fiat 500, Mazda 2 and similar compact cars with greater roof curvature.

Please check the suitability of your vehicle prior to ordering. Ideas4ADIs Ltd cannot be held responsible for the return and/or replacement of unsuitable roof box purchases.
