15. CAUTION: There will be no disposal of food (hot or cold) or any type of waste material on the streets or the festival grounds. Vendors will be charged for any damages or trash left on the festival grounds.
16. Vendors must clean their booths and the surrounding area at the close of the Festival. A $50 deposit (no checks) will be collected at the Food Vendor's Orientation Meeting. Food vendors will be prohibited from setting up the morning of the event if this fee is not paid. This deposit will be refunded after cleanup of the area at the end of
17. Violators of rules or illegal vendors will be reported to the City of Lauderhill's Police Department.
18. Vendors may not sell any item with the Sola Rum, Wine and Food Festivals logo or wording without the express written consent of the (SRFW) Committee. Additionally, you may not sell any item with the name or image of any act playing the festival, without express written consent of said artist.
19. Prohibited items for sale: Drug paraphernalia, firearms, unauthorized goods.
20. Food vendors may NOT sell any alcoholic or liquid beverages, any vendor found in violation of this will be shut down and banned from future participation.
21. No other tents or structures may be erected in or around your purchased booth space unless authorized in writing by the SRFW Committee. Any exceptions must be approved 7 days before the event.
22. Vendors are not permitted to have generators
23. Vendors are not permitted to share tents or bring a tent.
