If you want your items back that we cannot tag please GO TO THE DESK and ask for someone to look through them when you drop off. You no longer need to come back at a later date.

NOTE: Please leave ample time when you come as you may have to wait if we are busy.

In order to staff correctly if you would like us to look through we ask that you book your appointment on Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday! Do not arrive within the fist half hour or last hour we are open please!

I checked the website before dropping and my items are sorted based on what you are taking. All items are snapped, buttoned and zipped and are the correct season and size. Please give me my 40%/50% split.I did not go through the website and pick out the items you are taking. I will take the 20% zero sort split. I understand items not accepted will be automatically donated.
