though deposits are required- the amount will go towards the cost of the tattoo and holds our appointment time. if a reschedule is needed i require clients to contact me asap, at least 24/48 hours notice as i need to get your appointment replaced. i will only be able to move that deposit to new dates- I will not be able to refund. if no showed, you will not be scheduling with me again, just communicate with me!
clients must contact me prior to our appointment if they choose to use their own numbing agent. i will not provide it before our appointment. be aware that numbing may not always be available due to placement, skin sensitivity, etc.
with that, reminder to eat prior to your appointment, bring a snack and drink, and your id!
