Dear Youth Sponsor,
Farragut Baseball Inc. is a non-profit organization, which was established in the mid 1990’s to provide the opportunity to children of our West Knoxville community and surrounding areas to learn and play baseball at various ages and skill levels. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we had to cancel our Spring 2020 season which hurt us financially like many other non-profit organizations and leagues. Thankfully, we were able to hold a Summer/Fall 2020 Season and have since been able to resume normal operations, but the supply chain issues and rising costs of uniforms, equipment and supplies have affected us along with the rest of the country. Without the support of businesses and individuals like you, we would never be able to continue to provide these children this valuable experience!
The monies raised through sponsorships are used for player financial scholarships, equipment, uniforms, league umpires, and field and facility improvements for all age groups and individual leagues. It is necessary for Farragut Baseball to ask for donations as almost all of the repairs and updates needed at our fields, dugouts, batting cages, etc. are not provided by or paid for by Knox County or the Town of Farragut. Through past contributions we now have available to all these boys and girls a total of 8 baseball fields all under lights with electronic scoreboards and concession stands, 6 batting cages, and safety netting.
The children and parents of our community would very much appreciate if you could help sponsor our baseball league this year.
