    Rules and Behavior
  • This Code of Conduct is created for the purpose of maintaining good conduct and instilling the values and culture in contributing and maintaining a positive environment in our organization, the spaces we occupy, visit as well as the community. This is built under the purview that the conduct of each member and volunteer reflects his or her quality of output as well as his or her standard for ethical and moral conduct. We are fully committed to providing the highest quality of Social Emotional Learning, mentorship and life skills we provide within, with our partners, affiliates, supporters, families, school staff and with our stakeholders. It is likewise important that we maintain our respect towards each other and others at all times for the purpose of strengthening our foundation, support and unity in order to achieve our goals.

    Please read the Code to know and understand the organizations required 3 core values. We encourage you all to please be aware of them and apply its principles. These 3 core values will help you understand the importance of perseverance, trust, respect for others, empathy, kindness, diversity and inclusion.     Core Values:

    1.Strength - Is the ability to overcome when challenged with adversity.

    2. Unity - Embracing everyone's uniqueness together as one. Leaving no youth behind because of there differences.

    ​3. Loyalty - Is the unwavering faith, trust, and belief in doing what's right.

     

     

  • Inappropriate Behaviors: The following are, but not limited to the enumerations below, considered behaviors that are undesirable whether offline or online, especially in social media: Inappropriate use of sexual connotations; Stalking; Performing intimidating acts; Direct or implied threats or violence; Blackmail; Conducts of abuse or discrimination; Inappropriate use or offensive languages; Bullying or acts of threat or harm, whether physical, social, or moral against race, enter, class, religion, sexual orientation, age, political affiliation, disability or injury, or status. Alcohol and Drugs We have a simple policy relative to these matters. As long as the law permits, we likewise permit. However, we do not allow consumption or use of these during program activities, community events or during meetings weather it's at a physical location or virtual. As we maintain an utmost quality of standard towards our work output, we do not allow anything that would impair our work performance, reputation or would carelessly result in any inappropriate behavior, especially if it would endanger the safety of others. Our organization beleive on restorative justice so any violators will be given the opportunity to rectify their wrong doing unless it's a serious offense that require involvment of law enforcement. If it's not a serious offense, we will hold a Community Circle to have a discussion with your peers.

     

      Who Must Follow: Every person, member and program participant is expected to follow the code of conduct as stated. There is no deviation on who is exempted, whether you are a high ranking organization member, program participant or volunteer.

     

    Privacy and Security: Just as to the commitment we provide to our participating youth, organization members, families, and school staff; we're also committed to your privacy and security. We highly respect the trust given to us. Any correspondence shared with us shall be kept with us in trust. Our privacy policies in place ensure that all information held by us shall be kept private in a strict manner. Any processing made shall be under the conduct of our privacy rules, particularly with proportionality and portability of information. Any other means outside the scope required shall be brought to your attention for further consent. You should have received a copy of our Privacy Policy.
