Self-assessment tool for active ageing in the workplace

designed for managers and HR staff
  • The questionnaire you are about to complete aims at identifying the level of age-friendly policies of your organisation.

This self-assessment tool is just the first step of the learning path foreseen by the SILVER project (www.silver-euproject.org), which will offer you a complete tailored learning programme on the main aspects that need to be addressed in an organisation to create an age-friendly working environment.

An age-friendly working environment can be defined as an environment where there is no discrimination against workers aged 55+ and where dedicated policies are put in place to facilitate a career at the third age.

The results of this questionnaire will give you key recommendations to help you improve your organisation’s policies towards workers aged 55+.

This questionnaire is anonymous. By completing this questionnaire, you agree that your data will be used for research.

After completing this questionnaire, you can get in contact with one of the project partners to have access to the training program “Ageing, working and living” for managers and persons from HR Departments for an active retirement or soft transition from work to retirement.

You will also have access to a toolkit to promote a career in the third age.
