Seniors 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

Saturdays: Juniors 11:00 – 12:00 p.m.

Seniors 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Dance Classes in St. James, Port-of-Spain.

Fees are due before attending classes.

Please do not submit forms if students are not ready to start classes. Forms submitted without confirmation of start date will be removed after 1 week.

Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While our instructors take reasonable care in the conduct of our classes, Breath Of Dance Theatre accepts no responsibility for injury caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the venue. You are responsible for ensuring that you/your child is physically and mentally fit for the class and abides by the instructions and expectations of the company. If there are any considerations for your health that need to be made, please submit in writing before you/your child takes part in our classes.

I hereby grant permission to the Breath Of Dance Theatre the right of my image, in video or in still and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape with or without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording unless otherwise agreed to by Breath Of Dance Theatre.
Please do not complete this registration form unless you are genuinely interested and prepared to commit to participation. Registration indicates your intention to actively attend classes, rehearsals, and related activities. We kindly ask that all applicants consider their availability, scheduling, and level of commitment before registering, as spaces, planning, and production preparation are based on confirmed interest and participation.
