Terms and Conditions* This field is required. These Terms & Conditions apply to all inquiries, bookings, and service requests submitted through Time Inc Agency’s unified intake process. By completing the form and moving forward with scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Inquiry & Assessment All submissions are reviewed internally to determine fit, availability, and next steps. Clients may be asked for additional information before approval. 2. Service Category Selection The service category you select (Talent Representation, Digital Talent Campaigns, Motion Picture/Events, or Advisory Services) determines the intake path and required documentation. You agree to provide accurate details aligned with the category you choose. 3. Qualification & Approval All bookings and engagements are subject to qualification. TIA reserves the right to approve, decline, or reclassify a request based on scope, budget, brand safety, category fit, or capacity. 4. Rates, Fees & Payment Any services delivered through TIA may include agency management fees, platform fees, or additional administrative costs. Rates vary according to the service type as described below: Talent Services: Select this option if you're seeking talent for Digital Campaigns, Film/TV projects, Live Events, or Brand Activations. Service fees, booking rates, and usage rights are determined per project Entertainment & Media Advisory Services: Choose this if you need strategic guidance to build, grow, or restructure your career or creative business. This includes platform strategy, monetization planning, business structuring, offer development, content architecture, and long-term career planning for creators, entertainers, and production-focused ventures. Payment structures include Flat-fee, hourly, or retainer and vary by specialist and scope. PR/Marketing Advisory Services: Select this option if you’re looking for help with brand messaging, visibility, campaign planning, content strategy, or market positioning. This applies to creators, entertainers, startups, and organizations seeking strategic support to elevate brand awareness and execute more effective media or marketing initiatives. All fees must be paid as invoiced by TIA prior to project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5. Deliverables & Timelines Timelines for deliverables depend on scope, talent availability, advisory specialist schedules, and campaign requirements. All projected timelines are estimates and may shift based on revisions, approvals, or client delays. 6. Communication & Approvals Clients agree to provide timely communication, content approvals, and required assets. Any delays on the client side may impact deadlines or result in additional fees. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation or rescheduling of booked services must be communicated in writing. Certain bookings—especially Talent or Advisory Sessions—may incur cancellation fees depending on notice and contractual terms. 8. Non-Guarantee of Outcomes TIA provides professional expertise, representation, or advisory recommendations—but cannot guarantee specific results, revenue, media placement, campaign performance, or audience outcomes. 9. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep proprietary information, materials, and communications confidential unless written consent is provided. 10. Professional Conduct Clients engaging with TIA talent, advisors, or contractors must maintain professional communication and provide a safe and respectful working environment. TIA reserves the right to terminate an engagement if conduct violates this standard. 11. Compliance All projects must comply with industry regulations, content guidelines, platform policies, and legal requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring campaign or brand requests are lawful and ethical. 12. Acknowledgement By submitting the intake form, you acknowledge that: You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions. Approval of your submission is not guaranteed. Formal agreements, pricing, and scope will be finalized only after qualification and acceptance. If you do not agree to terms & conditions, you will not be able to book talent from our firm at this time. If Talent is to appear on set for production purposes these sessions must be done on a closed set. Bras, panties, body stockings and sheer lingerie will be charged at double the Talent’s rate.

Would you like a Weather Permit? * This field is required.The weather permit option is available to protect the current negotiated talent rate in case inadequate weather alters the booking date. The weather permit option must be selected at the time of the booking. Cancellations or postponement requires at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% charge will occur automatically without a permit. With a Weather Permit: First postponement: No charge if job is rescheduled within 7 days. Second postponement: Half charge Third postponement: Full charge.
