Campaign Validation Form

This form will collect some additional information to ensure transparency and increase donor confidence for your campaign.
There is a verification fee of $100 for national campaigns and $180 for international campaigns that goes directly to the verifiying 3rd party body. The Chesed Fund does not collect any fee for verifying campaigns. Payment for verification will occur after you submit this form.
